Rules & Regulations
Instructions for All Admitted Students
Students admitted to the college must adhere strictly to the following guidelines. Violation of these rules will lead to necessary disciplinary action:
- Assembly Attendance: All students must attend the assembly punctually.
- Mandatory Class Attendance: A minimum of 75% class attendance is compulsory to be eligible for examination. Those failing to meet this criteria will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Fines for Absences: Missing a class will result in a fine of Rs. 50/-. An additional fine of Rs. 20/- will be levied for every missed lecture.
- Internal Examinations: Students must successfully pass the internal examinations of the College.
- Late Arrival: Students arriving late will be fined Rs. 10/-.
- Exiting College Premises: Students are not permitted to leave the college premises before the designated time.
- Protection of College Property: All are expected to protect and respect the college property, including plants, furniture, and buildings. Plucking flowers is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in strict disciplinary action.
- Maintaining Peace: Students must maintain peace and discipline within the college premises.
- Respect: Everyone is expected to show respect to the faculty, staff, and their peers.
- Uniform Code: The college uniform must be worn properly.
- Library Regulations: All must strictly adhere to library rules and regulations.
- Dress and Appearance: The wearing of makeup and jewelry is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Items: Students are not allowed to bring cell phones, cameras, photo albums, or cosmetics.
- Restricted Areas: Students are strictly prohibited from entering the Clerical Office.
- Avoid Disruptions: Do not participate in walkouts, strikes, or any form of agitation.
- Moral Conduct: Maintain a high moral character, use decent language, and exhibit good behavior.
- Active Participation: Engage actively in co-curricular activities.
- Identity Card: Always carry the College Identity Card. It may be checked at any time and must be presented upon request for examinations, admissions, scholarships, library access, and other security purposes.
