Rules for Change of Subjects

  1. 1st year students are allowed to change their subjects within 15 days of admission.
  2. The Admission Committee is responsible for processing the subject change requests.

Reserved Seats Criteria

1. Seats for Outstanding Sportspersons:

  • 2% of arts seats are reserved for candidates showcasing exemplary performance in sports.
  • To claim these seats, candidates must attach attested sports performance certificates along with the admission form.

2. Seats for Rural Area Students:

  • 15% of seats are dedicated to female students who have completed their matriculation from high schools located in rural areas or town committees.

3. Seats for Special Persons:

  • Disabled candidates must provide a certificate of physical disability from the Medical Superintendent of the respective hospital.

Admission Criteria

  1. Admissions to the first year will be carried out based on the date advertised in newspapers by the Board.
  2. Students will be granted admission based on their aptitude and the available seats in the college.
  3. For admission to 1st year (Arts), candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in Matric.
  4. For admission to 1st year (Science) and ICS, candidates must have achieved 60% marks with science subjects.
  5. For admission to 1st year (Math), candidates need to have at least 45% marks in Maths.
  6. Those who have studied wiring and computer in Matric are ineligible for admission in Biology.

Note: The merit criteria can be adjusted if the number of admissions for the current year is less than that of the previous year.

Hostel Facility

  • Hostel accommodations are available for students.

Transport Facility

  • The college provides a bus service for student transportation.
  • Tickets for the college bus are issued to the students for this service.
